Two ways. What's your typical engagement model and pricing?

We charge $5,000-$20,000 per month based on team composition and scope. Most engagements use one senior React engineer at 30-40 hours/week with a part-time tech lead for code review and architecture decisions. Billing is milestone-based, not hourly - we agree on what ships in a 2-week window, and you only pay when it ships. No retainer-and-hope-something-happens. Can you rescue an existing React app from a failed agency?

Yes - this is half of what we do. We start with a code audit: dependency vulnerabilities, test coverage, accessibility violations, bundle size, deployment health. You get a written one-page assessment within 48 hours covering what's salvageable, what needs rewriting, and what the cost of each path looks like. From there we either rescue (most cases) or recommend a clean rebuild (about 1 in 5). Either way, code ownership transfers to your accounts before any new work starts - GitHub, Vercel, AWS, the lot.

Do you work React-only, or full-stack with Rails or Node?

Both. We've shipped React-only frontends connecting to existing Rails/Django/Express APIs, and we've built full-stack React+Rails apps from scratch. For full-stack work, the same team handles both layers - no handoffs between a frontend agency and a backend agency, which is where most projects break. If your stack is React + Node or React + Python, we can either match that or recommend a senior partner we've worked with.

How quickly can you start?

48 hours from contract signing. We keep two senior React engineers in rotation for new starts, so you don't wait three weeks while we 'spin up a team'. Day 1 is access setup (GitHub, deploy targets, your tooling). Day 2 is the first commit - usually a small visible fix so you see actual code shipped before the week ends. The first real demo lands at the end of week 1, not week 4.
